1. Defects on the vehicle and assistance from the vehicle manufacturer
In the event of a defect on a vehicle that is under warranty, it is necessary to visit or contact the exclusively authorized service center of the car manufacturer.
If the vehicle is not drivable, it is necessary to contact the specific assistance service of the car manufacturer.

2. Accidents, damage and reporting of insurance claims
In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, it is necessary to immediately notify the Lessor of this fact, but above all to the relevant insurance company in terms of valid insurance policies on the rented vehicle.

- If you are not the culprit of the accident, it is necessary to report the insurance event from the accident insurance, while the culprit is obliged to report the insurance event from his mandatory contractual insurance.
- If you are the culprit of the accident, it is necessary to report the insurance event from both insurances under your control.
- If the culprit is unknown, it is necessary to report the accident insurance claim.

In cases a) and b), it is necessary to fully write out and sign both sides the accident protocol with the other involved party, which must be attached to the insurance claim report.

In addition to the insurance company, it is necessary to report any defect, damage or insurance event immediately to the lessor and send photos, an accident report and all necessary information to email fleet@avis.sk .

An insurance claim can be reported in the following ways:
a) Via the website of the insurance company on the following links:
i) Allianz online reporting of an insurance event
ii) Allianz online reporting of an insurance event - accident insurance
iii) Allianz online reporting of an insurance event - compulsory contractual insurance
b) By phone at +421 2 50 122 222, option no. 2. The completed accident report must then be sent to doklady@allianz.sk .
c) or in person at any branch of the Allianz insurance company .

In the event that your vehicle is not drivable due to damage during an insurance event, contact the Allianz Assistance assistance service exclusively.
Repair of the vehicle is possible exclusively in contracted service centers of AVIS, which you can find here .
In case of damage to the windshield, proceed as in point 2.a). Hornet Autosklo is the contractual service authorized to repair or replace the windshield.

3. Warranty service inspection of the vehicle

During the rental, it is also your duty to participate in the warranty service inspection of the vehicle given by the vehicle manufacturer properly and on time.
In case of failure to fulfill this obligation, you are threatened with sanctions in accordance with the vehicle rental agreement, respectively the price list.
You can complete the obligatory service inspection of the vehicle exclusively at the service centers chosen by the lessor. Therefore, if a service inspection is necessary, it is necessary to contact the AVIS fleet department at tel. number -   +421 902 933 887 or by e-mail at   fleet@avis.sk   in order to direct you to the correct service center according to the model and make of the vehicle.

4. Moving vehicles

To change the tires, if you have seasonal tires on the vehicle, you will be notified by email with instructions on how to proceed with changing the vehicle.

The vehicle can be changed at the following services:

2. Bratislava,   PNEUSYSTEM
3. Trenčín,   PROFITYRES
4. Banská Bystrica,   STECH

In addition to the above-mentioned services, the vehicle can be changed at any service in the network   PNEUSYSTEM , but this service is charged with a one-time fee of €45 excluding VAT.
