During the last 4 years (2019 – 2023), cars have become more expensive by min. by 50%, with some models up to 100%+, and thus became unaffordable for many people. As interest rates rise, the cost of living and the costs to companies as such are rising at a rapid pace. That's why more and more people are looking for alternatives, especially car rental. On the one hand, to relieve the pressure on their cashflow, and on the other hand, because there is no "indebtedness" when renting as is the case when buying a car through leasing.
