Choose a specific vehicle category, check availability at a branch, and deposit the online deposit, which will be returned to your account after the rental (after deducting the amount for rent) Return of your funds will be processed by the bank within 5 business days. In case you do not see the release of your funds, contact your bank with a completed transaction receipt that you have received from our employees. The deposit serves as a down payment for the vehicle, the deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle category and the length of the rental.     Included in the price for a rental are regular fees for emergency insurance, statutory insurance, tax, local fees, and highway vignette for Slovakia. Without warning in advance however, price does not include additional fees, such as additional driver fee, additional vehicle equipment (baby car seat, navigation …) operating out of regular business hours, apposition of a car … All options and additional charges amounts can be found under Customer and Complaint services -> Fees. Please note that the price of the booking does not include penalties for road offenses.

The vehicle must be returned with a full tank and in such state, that it can be checked. Any damages or defects on the vehicle must be reported to car rental personnel. The return of the vehicle is possible during the opening hours of a given branch or at any time in the Keybox, which is exclusively at the Hotel Bratislava, Bratislava Airport and Košice Airport.     With our vehicles, you can drive within the EFTA countries (Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland) and European Union without any restrictions, with the exception of Bulgaria and Romania. Entry to Bulgaria and Romania is banned. Prohibited countries include, among others, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. The customer is required to check and also pay all the fees associated with entering and using the roads in a country in which they use our vehicle. You can also take advantage of the possibility of returning a vehicle abroad for a fee based on the type of vehicle.
