AVIS Wizard - the first on-line system on car rental market
Wizard system was developed for approximately twenty five years and AVIS international company invested one billion American dollars into the system. The Wizard network was the first on-line system on the car rental market. Nowadays, the system is fully-integrated, the network connects individual AVIS locations and enables AVIS to maximize and provide efficient and top quality customer services all around the world. Network connected by database of on-line system helps Avis employees to acquire information about AVIS services available internationally for customers and to make real time reservations anywhere in the world. With detailed information and customer’s personal data archived in the Wizard database, the rental process is quicker and superior.

The Wizard enables instant access to customers data, payment card number, customer registration number, etc. The Wizard is available 24 hours a day. The system processes 300 millions pieces of data per second, more than 100 thousands reservations daily and 1.8 million customers monthly.
